Role Overview

Content Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce videos, including short-form social videos, testimonials, treatment videos, and educational content.
• Film doctors, trainers, therapists, students, and team members professionally.
• Create content about aesthetic and dental treatments, dermatology, skincare, laser and slimming services, courses, training, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Develop concepts, hooks, and storyboards; capture footage using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit with pacing, captions, transitions, sound, and visual effects; create organic content and paid advertising creatives.
• Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.

Coordination and Standards

• Work with marketing, clinic, and academy teams to maintain a content calendar and organize the photo and video library.
• Follow social media trends and produce content designed to engage audiences and encourage action.
• Follow brand and healthcare advertising standards and obtain approvals before publishing patient- or student-related content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or social media content creator, with a strong short-form and social video portfolio.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, composition, audio, and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok-style content, social trends, audience engagement, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines and work with doctors, clients, trainers, and students.
• Aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, education, or lifestyle content experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Photography and photo editing, motion graphics and basic animation, color grading, script and hook development, and social media content planning are preferred.
• Paid advertising creative production, before-and-after content, interview and testimonial filming, and conversion-focused content are preferred.

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and work is in person.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000–6,000 per month.

Education, Experience and Language

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of UAE experience is required.
• English is required.
