Elite Body Home Polyclinic in Dubai is seeking a Dental Assistant to support general and aesthetic dental treatments.
The role requires organized, detail-oriented chairside support and familiarity with cosmetic and restorative dental procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during general and aesthetic procedures, including veneers, whitening, composite bonding, crowns, fillings, and scaling.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials; clean, sterilize, and store equipment properly.
- Assist with impressions, digital scanning, and dental X-rays where permitted.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and dental stock levels.
- Support patients before, during, and after procedures and provide post-treatment instructions under the dentist’s direction.
- Coordinate patient flow with reception and the dental team; follow clinic policies, DHA requirements, and infection-control protocols.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Dental Assisting, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- DHA licence or eligibility where applicable; previous experience in a dental clinic.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, procedures, sterilization, and infection control.
- Aesthetic dentistry, veneers, and teeth-whitening experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and a patient-focused attitude.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities, including effectiveness in a busy clinical environment.
Preferred experience
- Preferred experience includes veneers and smile makeovers, teeth whitening, composite restorations, and crowns and bridges.
- Dental impressions, digital scanning, dental X-rays, sterilization, infection control, and stock management are listed as preferred experience areas.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 9,000 per month.
