EBH Academy seeks a skilled and experienced Massage Trainer to teach students massage techniques and therapies.
The role combines hands-on instruction, theoretical knowledge, and assessment of student performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology massage.
- Develop structured lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Demonstrate massage techniques and supervise students' skill proficiency.
- Provide feedback, evaluations, and mentorship to students.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and industry best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the curriculum.
- Maintain training records and report student progress to Academy management.
- Assist with workshops, seminars, and practical assessments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certified Massage Therapist with a recognized diploma or certification in Massage Therapy.
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional massage therapy experience, preferably in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of massage techniques.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Commitment to professional development and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree required; at least 1 year of UAE experience required; English required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Arrangement
- Work location is in person.
