The dentist should have strong clinical skills, aesthetic judgment, and experience delivering smile transformation treatments.
Clinical responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental consultations and treatment planning.
- Provide porcelain and composite veneers, teeth whitening, and smile enhancement treatments.
- Carry out composite bonding, aesthetic restorations, crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedures.
- Manage general dentistry cases, including fillings, scaling, and preventive treatments.
- Develop customized smile makeover treatment plans and educate patients about treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow DHA standards and infection-control requirements.
- Deliver a positive patient experience from consultation through treatment completion.
Required qualifications
- DHA license or DHA eligibility as a General Dentist.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience and 1 year of UAE experience.
- Hands-on experience with veneers, teeth whitening, composite bonding, and smile makeovers.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic dentistry and smile design.
- Strong communication and patient consultation skills; able to explain treatment plans clearly.
- High attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality.
Preferred skills
- Digital Smile Design, porcelain and composite veneers, teeth whitening, cosmetic bonding, crowns and bridges, and smile rehabilitation are listed as preferred skills.
- Patient conversion and treatment-plan presentation are listed as preferred skills.
- Experience in a premium aesthetic or multidisciplinary clinic is preferred.
- A portfolio of before-and-after veneer, whitening, and smile makeover cases is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–10,000 per month.
