Elite Body Home Polyclinic in Dubai seeks a confident, energetic, results-driven Wellness Counsellor.
The role manages prospective clients from initial phone call through consultation and treatment booking.
Key responsibilities
- Call new and existing leads generated through marketing campaigns and understand their concerns, goals, and treatment interests.
- Invite qualified leads to the clinic, follow up consistently, and conduct in-clinic wellness and aesthetic consultations.
- Explain suitable treatment options, packages, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinical staff when medical assessment is required.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans based on client needs and approved clinic services.
- Convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings and package sales; follow up on pending opportunities.
- Re-engage previous clients and inactive leads.
- Maintain CRM records of calls, consultations, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Achieve assigned appointment, consultation, and sales targets.
- Provide a professional, welcoming client experience and follow confidentiality, clinic-policy, and healthcare requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 1 year of UAE experience required.
- At least 1 year of clinic sales experience required.
- Strong communication, sales, and consultation skills.
- Ability to understand client concerns, recommend clinic services, and convert consultations into treatment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies and applicable healthcare requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 16,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
