Elite Body Home Polyclinic seeks a confident, energetic, results-driven Wellness Counsellor to manage prospective clients from first contact through consultation and treatment booking.
Responsibilities
- Call leads from marketing campaigns, understand their concerns and interests, invite qualified leads for clinic consultations, and follow up consistently.
- Conduct wellness and aesthetic consultations; explain treatment options, packages, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with clinical staff when medical assessment is required and recommend plans based on client needs and approved services.
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings and package sales, follow up on pending opportunities, and re-engage previous clients and inactive leads.
- Maintain CRM records, meet appointment and sales targets, deliver a welcoming client experience, and follow confidentiality and clinic requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least one year of UAE experience and one year of clinic sales experience required.
- Strong communication, sales, and consultation skills; able to understand concerns and recommend suitable services.
Pay
- AED 8,000–16,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
