Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Create reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and ads for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Film property tours, real estate walkthroughs, showcases, and property-management promotions.
• Capture cleaning and maintenance work, before-and-after transformations, and facilities-management project highlights.
• Produce videos of interior-design projects, office transformations, residential interiors, and ongoing projects.
• Film vehicle showcases, rental promotions, fleet presentations, and car-rental content.
• Operate cameras, mobile filming equipment, gimbals, lighting, microphones, and other production tools.
• Edit videos and add transitions, color correction, sound effects, music, subtitles, motion graphics, and branding.
• Develop concepts and storyboards with the marketing team; follow brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Optimize videos for platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audiences; organize files and creative assets.
• Coordinate filming sessions with departments and project teams.
• Stay current with social-media trends, editing techniques, and creative content formats.

Requirements

• At least one year of videography, video-editing, or content-production experience is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing, and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
• Ability to create content for real estate, facilities management, interior design, and automotive businesses.
• Understanding of social-media video trends and digital-marketing requirements.
• Basic photography skills are advantageous; motion graphics, animation, and color grading are preferred.
• Creativity, attention to detail, visual storytelling, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a marketing team.

Languages

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
• Must be willing to travel to project locations and company sites within Abu Dhabi when required.
