La Verde Car Rental is seeking a motivated, experienced sales agent to support customer service and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed rentals.
- Promote rental services, packages, and special offers; help customers select suitable vehicles.
- Prepare rental agreements and ensure documentation is accurate.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients; identify business opportunities and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor UAE car rental market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- At least six months of UAE car rental industry experience; sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; customer-focused and results-driven.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; good knowledge of the UAE car rental market.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an added advantage.
