The Digital Sales Executive generates, manages, and converts leads through digital platforms.
The employer seeks a sales-oriented candidate with communication skills and experience handling online enquiries and leads.
Lead generation and conversion
- Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, social media, websites, portals, and online campaigns.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other digital channels.
- Follow up regularly and maintain accurate lead records.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and interest.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and appointments.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handling and follow-up.
Customer records, targets, and reporting
- Maintain customer information and lead status in the company CRM or system.
- Monitor digital leads and provide updates on lead quality and conversion.
- Assist in identifying new digital sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Prepare basic sales and lead-generation reports when required.
Experience and qualifications
- Previous experience in digital sales, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Experience handling leads from social media and digital advertising is an advantage.
- UAE sales experience is an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, facilities management, interior design, or car rental is preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and prioritize leads effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
