La Verde Group is seeking an organized HR Executive to support daily HR operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role covers human resources, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job posting and CV screening through interview coordination and candidate selection.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records, files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Assist with employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave requests, and performance; coordinate employee information for payroll preparation.
- Assist with visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID procedures, medical appointments, and related formalities.
- Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor laws and company regulations; handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate staffing needs with department heads and support performance evaluations, training, development, and HR reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR or human resources administration experience is preferred; UAE experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices, with experience in recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills; able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is an added advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
