Boo Boo Land is seeking a Venue Manager to oversee daily operations at its family and children’s entertainment venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role is full-time and work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue operations and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to support excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Plan and coordinate events, parties, and special activities, handling their logistics.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to support guest satisfaction.
- Assist with budget planning and management; monitor expenses and revenue against financial targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events and attract visitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in venue management or a related role; entertainment or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting; familiarity with event planning and customer service best practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing family-oriented entertainment venues.
- Knowledge of entertainment-industry health and safety regulations.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
