Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and operate assigned attractions while ensuring guest safety; monitor children's play and enforce attraction rules and safety procedures.
• Assist guests with attraction use and provide clear instructions; deliver welcoming customer service to children and families.
• Support advanced attractions that require additional experience or technical knowledge.
• Perform face painting, balloon art, mascot appearances, or character interactions when assigned.
• Provide first aid when needed, report incidents, conduct safety checks, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Keep attraction areas clean, organized, and presentable; support crowd management and smooth guest flow.
• Assist with birthday parties, school trips, camps, and other events as needed.
• Work with Events, Operations, and Guest Experience teams; participate in required training and follow company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist with other venue operations tasks assigned by the Manager and maintain a professional appearance.

Education and experience

• Secondary or high school qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a family entertainment center, amusement park, children's play facility, hospitality, or a similar customer-service environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with children and families.

Preferred skills and certifications

• Experience operating attractions or recreational equipment is preferred.
• Face painting, balloon twisting, mascot or character performance, or children's entertainment skills are highly desirable.
• First aider certification and/or relevant childcare, child safeguarding, or recreational activities certifications are an advantage.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000–3,200 per month.

Workplace

• Work is in person.
