The Front Desk Attendant provides a warm welcome and an organized, safe guest entry experience at Boo Boo Laand.
The role focuses on the sock station, stroller area, venue entry procedures, and safeguarding guests' personal belongings.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, guide them through entry, and answer basic questions about venue rules and procedures.
- Issue, sell, and monitor socks; replenish socks and front desk supplies as needed.
- Enforce the no-shoes policy and help guests park strollers in designated areas.
- Remind guests to secure or store valuables before entering the venue.
- Keep the entrance clean, organized, and safe; assist with crowd flow during peak operating hours.
- Coordinate with Reception, Guest Experience, Security, and Operations teams.
- Report guest concerns, lost-and-found items, and unusual incidents to the Manager immediately.
- Follow entry policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines; attend required training.
- Maintain a professional appearance and support other operational duties assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications and experience
- Secondary/high school qualification.
- Friendly and approachable, with effective communication skills with children and families.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, family entertainment, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 3,000 per month.
