Role overview
Assist the Event Lead in delivering fun, organized events at Boo Boo Laand.
Support birthday parties, school trips, camps, and other events to provide an enjoyable experience for children and families.
Reports to the Event Manager, Venue Manager, Duty Manager, or Team Leaders.
Event duties
- Help prepare and execute events, host celebrations, and engage children and parents.
- Facilitate games, activities, dancing, and entertainment.
- Set up parties and decorations; support cake cutting, birthday songs, games, and scheduled activities.
- Keep event areas clean, organized, and ready before, during, and after events; follow health and safety procedures.
- Work with the Event Lead, Event and Sales Associates, and other Hosts, following event timelines and instructions.
- Interact with children in a friendly, energetic, professional manner and provide guests with customer service.
- Support daily free activities when scheduled and themed events, including costumes, dancing, and mascot appearances when required.
- Assist with store operations when there are no scheduled events and share ideas to improve activities and guest experience.
Education and experience
- Secondary or high school qualification.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, entertainment, childcare, or similar service-related experience is preferred.
- Experience working with children or in family entertainment is an advantage.
Training and standards
Participate in required internal and external training.
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
