Accountabilities
- Set experience strategy and design vision across web and app; own delivery from discovery and problem framing through design, build collaboration, testing, launch, and optimization.
- Translate commercial objectives into customer-centric journeys and design AI-enabled experiences such as personalization, predictive recommendations, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation where applicable.
- Lead research, journey mapping, usability testing, and experimentation; monitor conversion, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
- Simplify complex processes and work with Product, Technology, Commercial, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, and Brand teams on cohesive delivery.
- Evolve scalable design systems, governance, and best practices; advocate for accessibility, usability, security, and customer trust.
- Advance insight-led, AI-enabled experience design through measurable experimentation and respond to shifting priorities.
Education and experience
- At least five years of UX/UI, product design, or digital experience design in high-scale digital ecosystems.
- Experience delivering complex transactional or service journeys with measurable business impact and an end-to-end portfolio from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience designing data-driven or AI-enabled experiences and connecting design choices to commercial outcomes.
- Experience in Agile environments and close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ecommerce, travel, loyalty, fintech, or high-conversion platform experience is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder influence.
