Role Overview

Accountabilities
- Set experience strategy and design vision for digital initiatives, owning the lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Translate business objectives into customer-centric journeys and design AI-enabled experiences such as personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces, and automation.
- Lead research, journey mapping, usability testing, and experimentation; monitor and improve business and customer metrics.
- Simplify processes and collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, and Brand teams.
- Evolve design systems and governance; advocate for accessibility, usability, security, and customer trust.
- Take ownership across digital domains and advance insight-led experience design through measurable experimentation.
Education & Experience
- At least five years of UX/UI, product, or digital experience design in high-scale digital ecosystems.
- Proven delivery of complex transactional or service-based journeys with measurable business impact.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Experience designing data-driven or AI-enabled digital experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen; experience connecting design choices to revenue, efficiency, and engagement outcomes.
- Experience in Agile environments and close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ecommerce, travel, loyalty, fintech, or high-conversion platform experience is preferred.
- Strong collaborator and communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
