Role overview

Duties

  • Design and develop scalable, responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Build reusable UI components and maintain consistent component architecture.
  • Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and UX requirements into production-ready interfaces.
  • Implement responsive, accessible interfaces across browsers and devices; develop interactive dashboards and data-driven UI solutions.
  • Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or equivalent technologies.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, backend, QA, and business stakeholders; follow development standards and participate in code reviews.
  • Optimize performance and user experience, maintain technical documentation and component specifications, and use Git for collaborative workflows.

Required qualifications and skills

  • 7–10 years of professional front-end development, UI engineering, or UI/UX development experience.
  • Strong experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
  • Experience implementing Figma designs and using component-based architecture and reusable UI frameworks.
  • Hands-on state management with Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards, including WCAG; experience with data-driven interfaces, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, and NPM/Yarn; strong Git and collaborative workflow experience.
  • Ability to maintain technical documentation, component specifications, UI standards, and reusable development guidelines.

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid work mode: three days in the office and two days working from home.
  • Primary location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India; listed offices include locations in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, as well as a specific client location.
  • General shift.
