Role overview

Design delivery and coordination

• Support projects from concept through detailed design and construction documentation; prepare drawings, reports, schedules, specifications, presentations, and tender documents.
• Develop layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and details; assist with applicable codes, standards, authority requirements, and project criteria.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and workshops; coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, infrastructure, fire and life safety, sustainability, and specialist disciplines.
• Integrate deliverables with BIM models, support authority submissions and responses, and coordinate drawings, models, schedules, and design documentation.
• Meet project schedules and quality requirements, participate in internal reviews, and help resolve design coordination issues.

Documentation

• Prepare project deliverables to company and client standards; maintain design inputs, drawings, schedules, reports, specifications, correspondence, and review comments.
• Update and archive project documentation in line with quality procedures and document-control requirements.

Candidate profile

• UAE Family Book; at least five years of professional architecture experience. Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent; Ministry of Education equivalency is mandatory where applicable.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and authority submission requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination is required.
• UAE authority requirements, building codes, fire and life safety principles, and accessibility knowledge are advantageous.
• Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Navisworks, or other design coordination tools are advantageous.
• Ability to handle parallel tasks under pressure and tight deadlines, attention to detail, strong English communication and report-writing, and a proactive learning attitude.
