Role responsibilities

• Monitor consumer queries, support timely customer care responses, and maintain high response rates across channels.
• Coordinate agency community management, content moderation, and social media consumer engagement.
• Support Salesforce customer care process rollout and transformation across brands and direct-to-consumer platforms.
• Support monthly reporting and performance tracking for customer care and digital tools.
• Support implementation of Sprinklr, SAP, DOMO, and Salesforce with brands and agency partners.
• Explore live streaming, shoppable content, and other social commerce opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize digital processes and consumer experience.

Candidate requirements

• Up to two years of experience in digital marketing, digital consumer engagement, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM systems, social media analytics, and web analytics tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and interested in digital trends, technology, and innovation.
• Must be in the final year of university or have graduated less than two years ago.
