Medical Performance Manager for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, reporting to the Head of Medical.
The role connects medical strategy with measurable impact by turning HCP interactions into actionable intelligence across omnichannel channels.
Performance and reporting
- Track and optimize medical performance across in-person detailing, webinars, HCP portals, and medical media.
- Guide investment reallocation across specialties based on performance and ROI.
- Design and standardize dashboards tracking reach, frequency, HCP satisfaction, and prescriber NPS in line with global standards.
Systems and clinical evidence
- Own medical platforms and steer adoption of Veeva CRM, HCP 360, and MedPro Next while maintaining data hygiene and privacy compliance.
- Integrate clinical studies into a unified AI platform to extract insights that support claims and improve scientific detailing.
Candidate qualifications
- Analyze omnichannel engagement data and model strategic resource allocation for leadership.
- Bring practical experience guiding adoption and workflows in medical CRM ecosystems such as Veeva CRM and HCP 360.
- Understand data hygiene, methodological consistency, and healthcare privacy standards.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Digital, IT, and CMO teams.
- Navigate clinical evidence and use digital platforms to turn research into detailing assets.
