Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own annual and monthly net sales targets and steer sell-in, sell-out, stock coverage, and market share across key retail and pharmacy accounts.
• Build and negotiate joint business plans and annual commercial terms, balancing growth targets with brand positioning.
• Plan and control promotional spend against budget and ensure clear commercial return.
• Lead monthly forecasting and demand reviews with supply chain to align stock levels with consumer demand.
• Track competitor activations and pharmacy dynamics and adjust commercial tactics to defend and grow category share.
• Coach and guide field sales teams and account managers toward shared sales targets.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and develop field sales teams and account managers.
• Strong capability in promotional budget management, P&L levers, and demand forecasting.

• Professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
