Role duties
- Find clients, earn their trust, show them the market, and help close their deals.
What it takes
- Be in Dubai already or be ready to relocate within 1 to 3 months.
- Bring hunger, dedication, and discipline while building an individual business.
- Around six months of savings is suggested because the role is commission-only and has no salary while the pipeline is built.
Training and support
- The two-week training academy leads to RERA licensing upon passing.
- A mentor with more than 15 years of Dubai property experience is available from the first day.
- The company provides leads, marketing, and an in-house CRM.
Compensation
- Commission-only; no salary while building a pipeline.
