Run a real estate sales book, handling transactions from winning the listing and finding a buyer through negotiation and transfer.
Work with the leads, marketing, and CRM of a 200-person brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Win property listings and find buyers.
- Hold negotiations and take transactions through transfer at the Dubai Land Department.
- Manage an independent sales book and use company leads, marketing, and CRM to close deals.
What it takes
- At least two years of sales experience is required.
- A proven closing record in property or another high-ticket sales field is required.
- Be in Dubai already or ready to relocate within one to three months.
- Have the discipline to run an independent sales business.
- Plan for around six months of savings because the role is commission-only and has no salary while building a pipeline.
Training and support
- A two-week training academy is provided; passing it leads to RERA licensing through the employer.
- The role includes leads, marketing, and an in-house CRM built for closing.
- Mentors have more than 15 years of experience in Dubai property.
- The employer states that it generates leads through Property Finder.
