Leasing consultant role focused on matching tenants with homes and landlords with tenants.

Responsibilities
- Find tenants homes and landlords tenants by closing leases.
- Build a landlord network and develop a pipeline.
- Respond quickly to leads and arrange same-day property showings when possible.
- Use provided leads, marketing, and an in-house CRM to support closing.
What it takes
- Be in Dubai already or ready to relocate within 1 to 3 months.
- Respond quickly and be ready to show properties the same day.
- Have the discipline to build an independent business and pipeline.
- Allow for around six months of savings while building a commission-based pipeline.
Training and support
- A two-week training academy; candidates who pass are supported in obtaining RERA licensing.
- Leads, marketing, and an in-house CRM are provided.
- Mentorship is available from professionals with more than 15 years in Dubai property.
Compensation
- Commission-only compensation; there is no salary while building a pipeline.
