Sell off-plan homes that have not yet been built to investors in Dubai and overseas.
Work with developer launches and inventory, matching properties to buyers purchasing on a payment plan.
Responsibilities
- Sell developer properties, including launches and available inventory from Emaar, Damac, Sobha, and Nakheel.
- Match properties and payment plans to investor needs.
- Build a sales pipeline using leads provided by the company.
What it takes
- No experience is required.
- Be in Dubai already or ready to relocate within one to three months.
- Be comfortable discussing payment plans, yields, and handover dates.
- Bring hunger and discipline to building a sales business.
- Plan for around six months of savings because the role is commission-only and has no salary while building a pipeline.
Training and support
- A two-week training academy is provided; passing it leads to RERA licensing through the employer.
- The role includes developer launches, allocations, and an in-house CRM built for closing.
- Mentors have more than 15 years of experience in Dubai property.
- The employer states that it generates leads through Property Finder.
