A Day in the Life As a Senior SeedZ in Trade Marketing & Category Management, you will be the strategic bridge between our iconic brands and major retailers in Jeddah.
This career-accelerating role will see you leading the "Go-to-Market" strategy for the world's most recommended skincare brands.
You will own the performance of your category and ensure our brands dominate in pharmacies and drugstores.
You will:
Drive Category Strategy: Use market data (Nielsen, IQVIA) and shopper insights toidentifygrowth opportunities and define the "Perfect Store" vision throughoptimalassortments and planograms.
Lead Retail Activation: Design and execute the annual 360 activation plan, ensuring high-impact launches for our "Hero" products and deploying best-in-class Point of Sale materials.
Empower the Sales Force: Create compelling sell-in tools and training kits to transform our representatives and partner pharmacists into powerful brand advocates.
Track Performance & ROI: Monitor Sell-in/Sell-out KPIs, analyze promotional efficiency, and manage the Trade Marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
