Role purpose
Provide and coordinate patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
The role is based at Mediclinic Ibn Battuta in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care with the multidisciplinary team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks in line with clinical risk policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive care environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to support their competence.
Required education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Nursing is essential.
- At least two years of current or recent OPD experience in the UAE is required.
- Experience working in a treatment room, OPD Gyne, and OPD Pediatrics is required.
Required skills and knowledge
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
