Main purpose
Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulators and the company.
The role is based at Mediclinic Dubai Hills in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibility areas
- Deliver quality patient care with the multidisciplinary team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks under clinical risk policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees and contribute to their competence development.
Required education and experience
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Essential: At least two years of current or recent OPD experience.

Required skills and knowledge
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
