Role purpose
Provide patient-centric, evidence-based consultant-level care in compliance with company and regulatory ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, professional, ethical, and quality clinical services effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor clinical risks in direct patient care and comply with clinical governance and quality management standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and support continuous professional development for self and others.
- Deliver clinical services with integrity and ethical responsibility.
Required qualifications and experience
- Medical degree and higher education programme, such as a fellowship or diploma, recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
- Specialty certification and registration recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority; active and valid life support certification.
- At least 3–5 years of post-qualification experience at consultant level, independent of country.
- At least one year of consultant-level experience in a Tier 1 country is desired; specialty-specific qualification is also desired.
Required skills and knowledge
- Ability to support clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior colleagues; proficiency in an electronic medical record system.
- Knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes and effective communication skills.
- Verbal and written English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage.
