Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care with the multidisciplinary team, following clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with company policies and legislation.
- Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
Education and experience
- Essential: Nursing diploma from a course of at least 18 months.
- Essential: Valid BLS certificate.
- Essential: At least two years of experience in the applicant’s own country.
- Desired: UAE experience is beneficial.
