Improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing patient administrator duties.

Required education and experience
- Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) is essential.
- A tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in medical science, finance, or accounting, is desired.
- 2–3 years of customer service experience is essential; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Contact centre or healthcare environment experience is desired.
Required skills and knowledge
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of CRM applications and hospital information systems.
- Knowledge of company policies and emergency codes.
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Numerical literacy and knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes.
