Main purpose
Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulators and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care with the multiprofessional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage patient-safety risks under clinical risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to build competence and support a learning environment.
Education and experience
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Essential: At least two years of current or recent OPD experience.
- UAE experience is required.
Skills and knowledge
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
