Provide and coordinate patient-centered, evidence-based inpatient nursing care in accordance with professional, ethical, regulatory, and company standards.
The position is at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care with the multidisciplinary team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage patient safety risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees, contributing to a learning environment that builds competence.
Required qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential.
- At least two years of experience in the applicant’s own country is essential.
- UAE experience is beneficial.
Required skills and knowledge
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
