Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize class schedules across locations for smooth daily operations.
- Analyze class performance with the department head and implement schedule adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and current schedules in the Sentinel system.
- Coordinate emergency coverage and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Support coaches and head coaches with leave requests, system queries, and payroll- and commission-related matters.
- Communicate with Club General Managers, Studio Experience Managers, and the wider management team.
What You'll Bring
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
