About Arada

Arada develops communities and describes its focus as healthier, happier, and more meaningful living, with an emphasis on sustainability and customer experience.

The company describes a collaborative, ambitious, and forward-thinking working environment.

Role purpose

A curious, energetic Talent Acquisition Trainee joins the Talent Acquisition team for a six-month programme.

The trainee learns on the job, receives mentoring from an experienced TA Partner, and can grow into a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Recruitment supports hospitality, F&B, and wellness businesses, from high-volume frontline hiring to specialist and management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Attend hiring-manager briefings, then lead them as experience develops.
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding handover.
  • Conduct screening calls and, with training, competency-based interviews; share evidence-based assessments.
  • Help organize assessment days and open days for high-volume hiring.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and networking events; develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Communicate with candidates and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and track time-to-hire and source-of-hire metrics.
  • Progressively take ownership of a portfolio of roles.

What you’ll bring

  • One to two years’ experience in recruitment, HR, a recruitment agency, or a people-facing hospitality, F&B, or wellness role.
  • Interest in UAE hospitality, F&B, and wellness sectors.
  • Confidence with Microsoft 365; applicant tracking system or LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • High energy, curiosity, adaptability, organization, ownership, discretion, receptiveness to feedback, and interest in developing as a TA Partner.

Application process

  • The employer asks candidates to complete assessments and interviews independently, without generative AI assistance.

Why join

  • The employer describes opportunities to contribute to community-transforming projects and work with professionals in a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.
  • Arada states that it welcomes qualified applicants and makes employment decisions based on merit, experience, and business needs.
