Role purpose
Six-month Talent Acquisition Trainee programme supporting recruitment across Arada’s hospitality, food and beverage, and wellness businesses.
The trainee shadows an experienced TA Partner, takes on increasing ownership, and may manage a portfolio of roles by the end of the programme.
Responsibilities
- Join hiring manager briefings and lead them as skills develop.
- Support recruitment from advertising, sourcing, and screening through interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding handover.
- Run screening calls and, with training, competency-based interviews; share evidence-based assessments with hiring managers.
- Help plan assessment days and open days for high-volume frontline hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and networking; build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Respond to candidates, keep them informed, and provide a professional and warm experience.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and monitor time-to-hire and source-of-hire metrics.
What you’ll bring
- One to two years’ experience in recruitment, HR, a recruitment agency, or a people-facing role in hospitality, F&B, or wellness.
- Genuine interest in UAE hospitality, F&B, and wellness sectors; confidence with Microsoft 365.
- Applicant tracking system or LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- High energy, curiosity, adaptability, ownership, organization, discretion, receptiveness to feedback, and willingness to learn.
