Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize class schedules across all locations to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Analyze class performance with the department head and implement schedule adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and up-to-date schedules in the Sentinel system.
- Coordinate emergency coverage and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Support coaches and head coaches with leave requests and system queries.
- Assist with payroll- and commission-related matters.
- Communicate with Club General Managers, Studio Experience Managers, and the wider management team.
What you’ll bring
