Test Specialist
About This Role
On behalf of World-famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a detail-oriented Test Specialist (Operator Admission Testing) to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full process of operator admission testing, including requirement analysis, test plan design, test case writing, execution, and report generation.
2. Leverage solid knowledge of communication fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, data transmission, etc.) to provide professional support for admission testing and ensure coverage of key communication scenarios.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, product, project management, etc.) to ensure smooth collaboration between admission testing and delivery processes.
4. Design and execute test solutions for terminal devices such as CPEs and MiFis; independently complete testing tasks and deliver accurate test conclusions and risk analysis.
5. Keep up with the evolution of communication standards (5G, LTE, etc.) and continuously optimize testing methods and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of admission testing.
Requirements:
1. Technical Knowledge
Strong foundation in communication principles, indepth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.), communication theory, and data transmission. Familiarity with 5G, LTE, or other communication standards is a plus.
2. Process Experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the operator admission and delivery process; ability to independently handle all stages from requirement analysis to report output; crossfunctional collaboration skills.
3. Testing Experience
3–5 years of experience in operator testing, with proven experience in testing methods and tools for CPE, MiFi, and similar terminal devices (e.g., signaling analyzers, drive test software, automation platforms).
4. Core Competencies
Excellent communication and coordination skills to clearly convey test requirements and results.
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight delivery schedules.
