Overview

On behalf of World-famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a passionate

Account Manager

to join the team.

1. Goal Setting & Management

Develop channel shipment targets across various channels.

Enhance channel coverage.

Drive the implementation and execution of SMR (Sales Management Review).

2. Account Management

Develop joint business plans and joint marketing plans with channel partners.

Monitor DOS (Days of Sale) trends through effective management of partner sell-in/sell-out and inventory; formulate rational order plans accordingly.

Manage channel partner credit, accounts receivable (collections), and rebates.

Foster and maintain healthy cooperative relationships.

3. Channel Development

Identify and certify potential channel partners.

Plan and communicate channel strategies for new product launches.

Develop TCO (Total Channel Offer) plans for partners.

4. Channel Architecture & Strategy Design

Design differentiated channel structures and strategies tailored to distinct market types.

5. UAE Key Account (KA) Management

Manage UAE Key Account (KA) channel partners.

Maintain strong relationships between the company and KA partners.

6. KA Performance Analysis

Conduct monthly sales performance evaluation and analysis for each KA partner.

Promptly identify performance gaps and formulate corresponding solutions and improvement measures.

7. KA Inventory & Portfolio Management

Accurately track and analyze KA partner inventory levels and product mix.

Promptly request distributors to replenish stock or initiate promotions to optimize product sales structure.

8. Channel Conflict & Issue Resolution

Effectively resolve cross-regional sales leakage (channel conflict) issues and market emergencies.

Qualifications / Requirements

1.

Fluency in English: Must be proficient in conducting face-to-face discussions with international clients and delivering professional business presentations.

2. Interpersonal & Analytical Skills

Familiarity with local culture and social environment.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Strong logical reasoning, comprehensive analytical ability, and keen observation.

Quick-witted, adept at learning, and possessing strong adaptability.

3.

& Market Knowledge

Proven experience in overseas channel sales and client acquisition.

Understanding of relevant international policies, regulations, conventions, and business practices.

4. Resilience & Mobility

Strong market development capabilities.

Ability to withstand pressure.

Willingness to accept long-term residency assignments and frequent business travel.
