Visual Merchandiser
to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
:
1.
Oversee the overall implementation and consistency of visual merchandising standards across all stores in the assigned country.
Develop display plans in alignment with new product launch schedules, including planning the "one-store-one-plan" layout for each store, determining lightbox placements, and proactively arranging required display props in advance.
Ensure that the brand's premium technology positioning is consistently presented across all retail touchpoints.
2.
Lead the spatial planning and visual presentation of full-scenario smart lifestyle experience zones.
Enhance consumers' immersive experience and product perception through scenario-based design.
Proactively identify store display props that need updating and promptly submit replacement requests, ensuring customers always enjoy an optimal experience.
3.
Define display adjustment strategies in line with new product launches and key marketing campaigns.
Closely align with internal teams, regional offices, and on-ground execution teams to ensure brand visual consistency across different areas and levels.
Leverage visual strategies to drive foot traffic and sales conversion.
4.
Effectively guide frontline teams in executing display standards.
Conduct visual merchandising training, drive in-store implementation, and regularly audit execution through store visits and online checks.
Continuously monitor compliance to ensure strict adherence to standards and closed-loop management.
Required Skills & Competencies
:
1.
Keen spatial aesthetics and innovation capability.
Accurately grasp the brand's minimalist, tech-forward, and premium identity, while staying attuned to emerging visual presentation trends.
Maintain the brand’s high-end and technological image when proposing new creative ideas.
2.
Strategic coordination ability for multi-store merchandising.
Manage regional variations and flexible adjustments within a unified standard framework, and effectively coordinate cross-functional resources to drive execution of visual plans.
3.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Collaborate efficiently with internal teams, regional offices, and field staff.
Drive continuous improvement and closed-loop execution of visual standards through training and regular audits.
4.
Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to adapt to cross-cultural, cross-regional daily communication and collaboration.
