The successful candidate will advise on legal and regulatory matters, manage contractual risks, support commercial transactions, and provide practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives

Experience
- as an In-House Counsel or with an international law firm is prefe

- lish.
- SkillsStrong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frame
