Role Overview
Test Engineer position at grade Standard with 2-6 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Prepare and execute test cases and maintain testing documentation.
- Identify, log, and track software defects.
- Validate defect fixes and support testing cycles.
- Analyze quality requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- ISTQB Foundation Level or Advanced Level certification.
- Knowledge of Agile Testing methodologies is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
