Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate external customer handovers.
- Conduct unit inspections with clients and explain property features and systems.
- Complete, verify, and obtain signatures on handover documentation.
- Respond to customer questions and provide clear property information.
- Record reported defects or issues and follow up for resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and property management teams.
- Maintain customer interaction and handover status records.
- Deliver a positive customer handover experience.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or handover processes.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and related systems.
- Ability to explain technical information simply, follow procedures, and maintain attention to detail.
- Direct customer-facing experience and customer-focused problem-solving ability.
Preferred experience
- Experience in real estate, property management, or construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with handover procedures and customer service best practices is preferred.
