Responsibilities
- Represent Tesla’s brand, mission, and products as a first-line customer support representative.
- Address customer concerns promptly through telephone, chat, SMS, and potentially video.
- Evaluate and resolve roadside, technical, and general support inquiries.
- Educate owners about vehicles, energy products, services, purchasing, and servicing needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and escalate matters requiring senior management concurrence.
- Record support cases and communications accurately in CRM software and other tools.
- Identify service, subscription, and accessory sales opportunities while improving customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a related automotive, helpdesk, hospitality, roadside assistance, emergency dispatch, or similar environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Full driver’s license held for a minimum of two years.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and morning or evening shifts.
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

- The role requires collaboration with diverse teams and flexibility to work scheduled shifts.
