The Store Supervisor is a hands-on member of the market leadership team, reporting to the country Store Manager.
The role supports store targets, daily operations, customer experience, and employee development in close coordination with sales and delivery leadership.
Business performance and operations
- Execute the location's vision, business needs, and strategies with store leadership.
- Coach, train, and develop Tesla Advisors; participate in or lead sales, delivery, and personnel activities under leadership supervision.
- Analyze data, track progress, maintain an operational overview, and turn business needs into actions on the floor.
- Identify improvements and cover daily store management duties as needed.
Customer experience and team leadership
- Ensure employees provide a high-quality customer experience and follow dress, grooming, and company policies.
- Manage customer escalations and guide employees through customer concerns.
- Present, sell, and deliver Tesla products and services; maintain facility and showroom presentation standards.
- Support events and demand-generation activities, control expenses, review performance, and coach employees.
- Support training, recruitment, employee development, inclusion, and team culture; escalate people issues promptly.
What you'll bring
- Strong sales performance and understanding of the business and products.
- Track record coaching and mentoring sales or operational roles, with in-depth knowledge of sales processes and driving target achievement.
- Strong organizational skills, stakeholder influence, and excellent English and Arabic communication.
- Valid GCC driver's license.
