About The Lab

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and issue interview schedules, recruitment reports, and candidate status updates.
• Coordinate recruitment events, open days, and hiring campaigns when required.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation and pre-employment requirements.
• Promote The Lab's employer brand and provide a positive candidate experience.

& Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum **2–4 years of recruitment experience**, preferably within hospitality, F&B, retail, or high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CatererGlobal, or similar job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets within tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
