PSI Assets seeks confident, target-driven Telesales Agents to join its real estate team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The position is full-time and in person.
Responsibilities
- Make at least 200 outbound calls per day to property owners and check Do Not Call Registry status before each call.
- Generate sale and rental listings; build relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Explain real estate services and value propositions; ask targeted questions about owners’ property needs and interests.
- Qualify leads, gather accurate property details, and schedule appointments between owners and listing agents when required.
- Assign leads to the appropriate LRO Agent and promptly update the CRM during or after calls.
- Follow up to secure listings and coordinate with listing agents to confirm listing status.
- Meet monthly and quarterly listing-generation targets; coordinate with Marketing about listing shortages.
- Submit a daily end-of-day report to the line manager and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication and a confident, clear, persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily targets.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a CRM system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous telesales or real estate experience is an advantage; UAE property-market knowledge is a plus.
- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or other additional languages are an advantage.
