Role Overview

Campaigns and Property Promotion

• Plan, develop, and execute campaigns promoting residential and commercial properties.
• Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate property campaigns to generate qualified leads and support sales and leasing activities.
• Develop strategies for property launches, project promotions, open houses, and real estate events.
• Coordinate with social media, design, photography, and videography teams to create engaging content.
• Coordinate with property portals and relevant teams to ensure accurate and effective property promotions.

Analysis and Compliance

• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with UAE real estate advertising regulations and company guidelines.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign schedules, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven marketing specialist experience; UAE real estate experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience planning and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and lead-generation strategies.
• Strong real estate marketing, property promotion, and customer acquisition knowledge.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills; creative, measurable-results focus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market is an advantage.
