PSI Assets, a real estate company, is hiring a Web & Portal Specialist to manage its website and property portal presence and help drive leads.
Website management
- Manage and update website listings, projects, agents, news, and other content, keeping information accurate and professionally presented.
- Monitor performance, broken links, and content issues; coordinate technical fixes with developers or IT teams.
- Improve content and user experience to increase traffic and lead conversion.
Portal, listings, and leads
- Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Houza, and other platforms; maintain accurate listing details, media, and agent information.
- Optimize listing copy, upload photos, videos, and floor plans, correct listing issues, and monitor quality, ranking, and performance.
- Ensure portal compliance and coordinate property updates with Sales.
- Monitor portal and website leads, ensure correct assignment and CRM integration, and coordinate with Sales on lead quality and response times.
- Report on portal leads, listing performance, and conversions.
SEO and analytics
- Apply basic SEO, conduct keyword research, and optimize content.
- Track traffic, search rankings, and digital performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
Requirements
- Property portal experience with Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle is preferred.
- Knowledge of website management and basic SEO; familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; good written English.
- Arabic is a plus. Ability to work with Sales and IT teams.
Pay
- AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
