Work arrangement
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on residential and commercial property opportunities and recommend properties that meet their needs.
- Generate client relationships through leads, referrals, networking, and market outreach.
- Promote off-plan, secondary-market, and investment opportunities; conduct viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers, support clients through sales, and build relationships with clients and developers.
- Track Abu Dhabi market projects, pricing, and investment opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
Candidate requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Previous real estate or sales experience is advantageous; freshers with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
- Candidates already in the UAE are preferred.
